Endeavors:
Dear
Pastor, Paz de Cristo!
We
greet you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
This
letter is to inform you of the progress of some of our missions.
In recent months, we have visited the countries of Mexico,
Costa
Rica, Honduras and Haiti. We thank God for everything he
is doing in all our mission fields. Costa Rica as well
as
Honduras
celebrated conventions. Pastor Mauricio Chacon was elected
as president in Costa Rica.
“Until the Whole World Hears”, is our new promotional campaign for International Missions.
We are inviting you to dedicate Sunday, April 17 to motivate
the church to focus on missionary work. Together with the Women’s
Auxiliary, we have set the goal of $ 1,500,000 for Flor Azul
for this year.
“Flor Azul” is the annual Women’s
Auxiliary’s missionary project. However, with the “Faith
Promise” campaign, this offers the entire church the
opportunity to join this worthy cause. These two projects complement
each other and work hand in hand. In October, the funds from “Flor
Azul” and the pledges from the “Faith Promise” will
be joined together in a single fund, “Flor Azul”.
We believe that united, God will allow us to surpass the goal
of 1.5 million for the missionary field. With God’s help,
the “Flor Azul” and the “Faith Promise” campaign
will help us achieve our goals and more.
Additionally,
we have included a packet with more detailed information
on how to
implement this plan along with “Flor Azul”, which
has the same purpose of helping International Missions. We
have included digital versions of the information (we have
international presentations from the Secretariat of International
Missions and our missionaries on PowerPoint), so you may show
the church what we have proposed for this year’s work.
Please review this information carefully and share it with
your church. Together, we will reach our goal.
I
ask that you continue praying for us and the missionaries.
Especially pray
for Haiti. After less than a year the church has 75 members.
God bless missionary Ramon Herrera and his family.

My prayer is that God bless you and your beloved congregation.

Secretary
of International Missions
